Between lifting and playing, there can be a single or multiple missing links. Whether in sport or life, most of what we do in and out of the gym will rarely be a 1: 1. In training, our goal is to see and feel the benefits of what we’re doing in all areas. That’s what “Connections” is for. To bridge the gap between what we do in the gym and our ability to translate that to everything else. Strength is only as good as your ability to support and use it. Our program is simple: do the exercises in order, two workouts per week, and see the results. No hype and no complications. Use it as a complement to your current workout. This can be done on off days or before another workout if you are more advanced. 2 days a week programming
