Road to 5k is a program for anyone looking to get back into running or just starting out. This 6 week program should be performed 2 days per week of your choosing. It is best to pick two days you can be consistent with each week during the program. Each week you will get specific workouts with sets and reps to perform to build you up to running a 5k.
